Jules Galbraith is the Manager of Advisor Experience at Private Advisor Group. In this role, she is the point of contact for advisors to leverage and help solve escalated service and operational issues. She works in coordination with the Advisor Growth & Engagement Team.

In addition, Jules creates operational guides, education materials and aids advisors and their staff in navigating audit processes and other complex compliance requirements. She brings over 10 years of experience in financial services to the team.

Prior to joining Private Advisor Group, Jules spent three years in Pearl City, Hawaii and lived abroad in Sicily for a year. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in History with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Nebraska.

Jules lives in Monroe, NY. Outside work she enjoys woodturning and creating her own yarns by hand.
