Verne Marble is the Director of Business Development at Private Advisor Group. In this role, he leads the development and implementation of Private Advisor Group’s national strategy for new advisor business growth. He brings over 25 years of experience in financial services to the team.
Prior to joining Private Advisor Group, Verne was first the Senior Vice President of Advisory Consulting and then the Senior Vice President and Divisional Manager of Business Development at LPL Financial. He has also held leadership roles at Edelman Financial Engines and SEI Investments.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Kentucky. He holds FINRA series 7, 24, 63, and 66 securities registrations and has a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation.
Verne is a proud veteran of the United States Navy serving as a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) aboard USS Niagara Falls (AFS-3) and as the Staff Readiness Officer for the Commander, Naval Surfaces Forces, Pacific Fleet.
He lives in Overland Park, KS with his wife, children and dogs and cats. Outside work Verne enjoys spending time with his family, working out, honing his culinary skills on his Big Green Egg outdoor cooker, and cheering on his local Kansas City sports teams.
