Kathy Conlin is the Manager of Human Resources at Private Advisor Group. In this role, she administers the employee benefit programs, finds and recruits new applicants, and increases employee productivity. She brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources to the team.

Prior to joining Private Advisor Group, Kathy has held management positions at Burrelles Information Services and Kabrik Trading.

Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Lehigh University. She is also a frequent volunteer for the local schools and community and has served seven years on the board of the Kellogg Club.

Kathy lives in Morristown, NJ with her family. Outside work she enjoys running, gardening, hiking, and skiing.
